๐ About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer (Meta / TikTok / Google Ads) to scale subscription-based mobile applications across Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on profitability, creative testing, funnel optimization, and sustainable growth.
โก Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Optimize campaigns towards CPA, ROAS, ROI, and subscription revenue
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels (Ad โ App Store / Google Play โ Trial โ Subscription)
- Develop and test new creative concepts, hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPI, CPA, Trial Conversion, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, and LTV
- Collaborate closely with designers to produce and iterate high-performing creatives
- Test new GEOs, audience segments, placements, campaign structures, and optimization strategies
- Analyze attribution data and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency
- Monitor traffic quality and identify performance fluctuations or tracking issues
โ Requirements
- 2โ3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition
- Experience promoting subscription-based mobile applications (Utilities, AI, VPN, Security, Cleaner, Productivity, etc.)
- Experience with mobile attribution platforms:
- AppsFlyer
- Adjust
- Firebase Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Experience working with:
- Apple Search Ads (as a plus)
- Google Play & App Store campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and optimize performance
- Proven experience scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets
- Experience with Tier-1 markets (US, CA, UK, AU) is highly preferred
- English level B1+

- Experience with iOS subscription applications
- Experience running campaigns for Utilities, VPN, AI, SaaS, or Productivity apps
- Knowledge of Meta Creative Strategy and TikTok performance creatives
- Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Experience with SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox, and mobile attribution
- Experience with automation tools and reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic copywriting and creative strategy skills
