About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Associate to join our marketing automation team and take ownership of campaign execution, lifecycle communications, and promotional strategy across our trading platform.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be building, launching, and optimizing campaigns inside Braze, while shaping how we communicate with users across the full lifecycle — from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution
- Build and launch campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS using Braze
- Set up user journeys, segmentation, and triggers based on behavior
- QA and monitor campaigns to ensure accuracy and performance
Lifecycle Management
- Own key lifecycle flows: onboarding, activation, retention, churn prevention
- Identify drop-offs in the user journey (signup → deposit → first trade → active)
- Continuously optimize flows to improve conversion and engagement
Promotions & Communication Strategy
- Own promotional calendar and execution (bonuses, offers, incentives)
- Define how and when we communicate key messages to users
- Align promos with user behavior (e.g. post-loss, inactivity, low balance)
- Work closely with Growth team on campaign ideas and testing
Data & Optimization
- Track performance (CTR, conversion, retention, LTV impact)
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and offers
- Generate insights and iterate quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing / marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar tools like Iterable, Customer.io, etc.)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and user journeys
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable reading campaign performance and iterating)
- Detail-oriented — zero tolerance for broken campaigns
- Fast executor — able to launch and iterate quickly
