We are looking for a data-driven SMM Strategy & Growth Manager.
This role is focused on strategy, performance, and growth, with a strong emphasis on analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and scale social media as a performance-driven channel (Instagram, Telegram, X, TikTok);
• Develop creative mechanics that bring players back: interactive funnels, quizzes, and reactivation campaigns;
• Own and execute the growth roadmap, continuously testing new ideas and hypotheses;
• Analyze and optimize performance, directly influencing: LTV (Lifetime Value), registrations, deposits and repeat deposits;
• Work closely with an SMM Specialist: set clear tasks, guide execution, and ensure quality aligned with KPIs;
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze trends, and improve efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming in a similar role;
• Strong background in SMM with a focus on growth, retention, or performance;
• Experience building retention and engagement funnels;
• Understanding of key social platforms and ecosystems: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, X;
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results;
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making;
• English: B1 and higher;
• Portfolio is required.
