We are a fast-growing AdTech agency specializing in performance marketing. We operate across multiple verticals (iGaming, Dating, Nutra, Mainstream), run our own affiliate network, and manage traffic globally (Tier 1–3 markets).

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy;
- Scale paid traffic channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Native, Push, etc.);
- Grow the affiliate direction and attract new partners/advertisers
- Manage unit economics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROI, LTV);
- Build and lead the marketing team (media buyers, affiliate managers, analysts);
- Launch new GEOs and verticals;
- Collaborate with product teams (landing pages, funnels, creatives, A/B testing);
- Optimize processes and implement automation;
- Manage budgets and improve campaign performance;
 

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing / CMO in AdTech / Affiliate / iGaming;
- Strong understanding of performance marketing;
- Experience managing large budgets (6–7 figures/month);
- Deep knowledge of key metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.);
- Team management experience;
- Ability to scale profitable campaigns;
- Experience with Tier 1 markets is a plus;
