Marketing Video Content Manager (iGaming and Crypto)

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Marketing Content Manager to build and scale a network of media assets from the ground up. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of video content—from launching new channels across various GEOs to managing a steady stream of viral highlights, UGC (User Generated Content) and high-level storytelling.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Set up, control and grow a network of social media accounts (IG, FB, TT, YT) tailored to specific geo markets and .
• Source and manage a roster of UGC creators to produce "viral-ready" content, including sports betting reactions, big wins in different casino games etc.
• Partner with freelancers and creative agencies to develop long-form and short-form storytelling content that builds long-term brand equity and trust.
• Adapt content formats to master the unique algorithms of Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, ensuring maximum organic reach and engagement.
• Oversee the adaptation of content for different cultures and languages, ensuring tone and style resonate with local audiences.
• Tracking: Analyze engagement metrics (ER, VTR, Shares) to iterate on content hooks and distribution tactics

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ years of experience in creating viral content for personal blog/business
• Deep technical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube’s community guidelines, viral algorithms, and shadow-ban triggers.
• Strong ability to manage a decentralised team of freelancers, UGC creators, and agencies under tight deadlines.
• You have an "eye" for what goes viral. You can spot a trend on Monday and have a localized version live by Tuesday.
• Intermediate lvl of English.
• Good experience with AI video tools (Kling AI/Nano Banana etc), editing workflows (canva), and analytics dashboards.
