Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We are looking for a C&B specialist to own compensation processes, ensure market competitiveness, and support data-driven decisions across the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end salary review cycles (annual and off-cycle).
  • Design and maintain salary bands and pay ranges aligned with market data.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking (industry-specific surveys, mercer, locat, etc)
  • Build C&B analytics (compa-ratio, pay equity, budget and cost analysis).
  • Partner with Finance and hiring managers on offers and compensation planning.
  • Design, implement and manage benefits programs for remote and hybrid teams.
  • Administer bonus and OKR-based incentive programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Maintain and optimize compensation data in HRIS (PeopleForce and others).
     

Requirements:

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits and salary review processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Strong C&B analytics skills (compa-ratio, pay equity, budgeting).
  • Experience designing benefits for remote/hybrid teams.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy principles.
  • HRIS experience (PeopleForce will be a plus).
  • Experience with OKR and bonus administration.
