We are looking for a Head of Media Buying!
Requirements:
- 5-plus-year of successful proven experience with Facebook/Google/ In-app in the iGaming (Gambling&Betting);
- Successful proven experience Head of media buying 3 year plus;
- Managing more than 25 + person at team;
- Ability to effectively manage large advertising Budgets (from $1,000,000 per month)
- Availability of successful cases in the gambling niche in the CIS/Latam markets
- Deep understanding of basic metrics of the Conversion Rate and Unity Economy (ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, etc.);
- Experience in working with Antidetect Browser and Tracking Systems;
- A high-level understanding of how the major advertising Facebook / Google / In-app platforms (placements, auto-rules, launch methods);
- Ability to moderate creatives and links on the previously mentioned platforms;
- Ability to work independently with cloaking and filtration systems (Adspect, Palladium, Im Klo, HideClick, Keitaro, Android/IOS apps, PWA apps, etc.);
- Ability to collect test results (advertising), draw conclusions and suggestions for further actions;
- High skills to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve specified KPIs.
- Experience in Π/B testing;
- Planning budget and control;
- Experience with a lot of traffic, ability to work with a large array of information;
- English β B1 and above.
Will be plus
- Experience in other Traffic Sources (TikTok, ASO/ ASA, Networks, Influence, etc.);
- Experience in BI/Analytics services (Tableau/Google Data Studio/Power BI, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Management and build team;
- Individual purchase of traffic at the initial stages, further training of your buyers;
- Regularly building Marketing Hypotheses and conducting A/B tests to generate new profitable approaches to traffic generation;
- Setting the Terms of Reference for the necessary promotional materials;
- Competent budget management;
- Together with the team, the formation of media strategies, calculation of the KPI funnel;
- Monitoring the implementation of own traffic KPIs and finding ways to continuously improve them;
- Regular reporting on performance and profit;
- Market and Competitor Analysis;
- Planning and calculation of Traffic Streams.
