What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing, onboarding, and managing affiliates in the Azerbaijan market
• Building long-term partnerships and increasing partner loyalty
• Driving traffic, revenue, and overall performance of affiliate channels
• Negotiating deals and optimizing commercial conditions
• Monitoring affiliate performance and analyzing key metrics (CPA, RevShare, ROI)
• Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, retention)

• Attending and representing the company at industry events (if needed)

   

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / betting / gambling
• Strong knowledge of the Azerbaijan market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented mindset and understanding of performance metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Azerbaijani/Uzbek — native
