Affiliate Manager (CPA, Tier 1–2)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and manage CPA campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. This role requires a strong network, hands-on campaign management, and a focus on performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns across CPA networks
• Attract and onboard new affiliates from your own network and database
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and traffic sources
• Monitor campaign performance and quality on a daily basis
• Analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Management)
• Prepare reports and ensure proper campaign tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing (CPA)
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Strong network of affiliates is a must
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization
• Strong English communication skills (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus)
• Experience with tools such as Office, Notion or similar
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Willingness to attend industry conferences when required
