Head of Affiliate / CPA (iGaming, CIS markets)

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Affiliate to lead and scale our acquisition across CIS markets.
 

This role combines strategy, leadership, and execution, with direct impact on business growth, revenue, and performance.
 

📌 Responsibilities:

• Own and scale acquisition strategy across multiple products
• Build and develop the affiliate department (team, structure, processes)
• Drive high-quality traffic through diversified acquisition channels
• Manage key channels: Facebook, TikTok, SEO, ASO, Google Ads / UAC, PPC, influencer and streamer marketing, affiliate networks
• Negotiate and optimize partnerships, deal structures, and payout models
• Design and scale acquisition funnels (inbound and outbound)
• Develop and expand local partnerships across CIS markets
• Collaborate with product teams (landing pages, A/B testing, CRO, localization)
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets (500k+ USD per month)
• Track and optimize key metrics: ROI, CPA, ARPU, LTV
• Analyze customer journeys (CJM) and improve conversion rates

🎯 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming or Betting
• 2+ years in a leadership role within affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of CIS markets and traffic sources
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate-driven acquisition
• Deep understanding of FTD, ARPU, LTV, and retention metrics
• Hands-on experience with paid social, Google Ads / UAC, SEO / ASO, influencer marketing, CPA networks
• Strong negotiation and partner management skills
• Experience managing budgets of 500k+ USD per month and delivering strong FTD results
• Analytical mindset and solid understanding of unit economics
• Understanding of gambling regulations in target markets
