Akurateco is a payment orchestration and white-label payment gateway provider. The platform integrates 250+ payment providers globally and enables businesses to operate a fully brandable, PCI DSS-compliant gateway, managing multiple payment channels within a single ecosystem.

We are scaling and looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead the global marketing function, driving sustainable growth across international markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team (in-house + external)
  • Drive predictable lead generation and pipeline growth (B2B focus)
  • Define and optimize the full marketing funnel: traffic → MQL → SQL → revenue
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for products and new market expansion
  • Manage and scale key acquisition channels:
    • SEO
    • PPC
    • content marketing
    • email marketing
    • partnerships & affiliates
  • Own brand positioning and messaging in the global fintech market
  • Work closely with Sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity
  • Implement data-driven marketing (analytics, attribution models, ROI tracking)
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize CAC / LTV ratio
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Oversee external vendors, agencies, and contractors
Requirements:
Education 
  • 5+ years in marketing, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS / fintech
  • Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions
  • Strong track record in lead generation and revenue growth
  • Experience in international markets
Skills 
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability (strategy + hands-on)
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journey
  • Data-driven mindset (analytics, attribution, performance tracking)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Finance)
  • Fluent English
Nice to have
  • Experience in fintech or payment industry
  • Experience scaling marketing in a startup / scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with Product Hunt, affiliate networks, and growth channels
  • Experience building brand in competitive international markets
