UGC content manager

Job Title: UGC Content Manager
Overview:
We are hiring an experienced UG Content Manager to handle sourcing creators, managing
production, and delivering high-performing video ads. This is a management + execution role (not
on-camera).

Responsibilities:
- Find and recruit UGC creators (TikTok, Instagram, marketplaces, etc.)
- Write clear briefs (hooks, scripts, angles, CTAs)
- Manage creators, timelines, and content delivery
- Negotiate rates and handle payments
Review content, request revisions, and ensure qualit
Edit/finalize videos for ads (or manage editing
- Organize content and track performance
- Work with media buyers to improve creatives

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing UGC creators (must show past results)
- Strong outreach and negotiation skills
- Experience with paid social creatives (direct response)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Organized and able to manage multiple creators at once
- Familiar with Al tools for content creation/editing

Bonus:
- Experience in financial services (business loans, fintech, etc.)
- Experience scaling UG for lead generation campaigns
