Operations / Project Manager

🧩About the Company:

Amazon-focused e-commerce agency is hiring its first Operations & Project Manager to take ownership of internal processes, project coordination, and operational infrastructure. The role is designed to support the Founder by managing day-to-day operations, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth project delivery across the team. This is a part-time remote role with potential to grow into full-time.

📌 Experience with ClickUp (must have)
🤖 Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and AI workflows (must have)
📂 Familiarity with Google Drive, Gmail
📊 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive or equivalent)
📝 Basic knowledge of Canva, document tools (PandaDoc / DocuSign)
💬 Strong communication skills
🌪️ Comfortable working in ambiguity / fast-changing environment
🏗️ Builder mindset (process creation, not just execution)
⚡ Quick learner with proactive approach
🗣️ Openness to feedback

RESPONSIBILITIES:

📋 Own and manage ClickUp workspace, tasks, and project tracking
⏱️ Coordinate team deliverables and ensure timely execution
🤝 Manage communication and follow-ups with clients (non-strategic)
📄 Prepare proposals and support pricing documentation
💰 Track payments and invoice status with admin
⚙️ Implement and improve workflows, automations, and CRM processes
📚 Build and maintain SOPs and internal documentation
🔄 Support operational processes and internal coordination
📊 Monitor project health and proactively flag risks
🗂️ Maintain clear project delivery tracking and file organization
🚀 Support onboarding processes and ensure adoption of workflows

JOB CONDITIONS:

🕒 Part-time: approximately 20–22 hours per week
🌍 Remote work
⏳ Timezone: EU–UK preferred
📈 Growth path to full-time and Head of Operations role
⚡ Start date: ASAP
