Chief Technology Officer (Fintech and iGaming Platform)

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and evolve the technology function of a fast-growing fintech and iGaming ecosystem. This is a strategic leadership role focused on orchestration rather than invention—overseeing a complex landscape of third-party platforms, integrations, and productized solutions across iGaming, CFDs, and brokerage operations.

Role Overview

As CTO, you will be responsible for building a robust, scalable, and secure technology ecosystem that powers multiple operator brands. While we do not develop core platforms or proprietary trading/gaming engines in-house, you will own the architecture, integration strategy, vendor landscape, and technical performance across all systems.

This role requires a commercially aware technology leader who excels in product ecosystems, vendor management, system integration, and operational excellence.
