Rapid MVP Engineer / AI-Powered Builder

We're a product team shipping internal tools and AI-driven systems that create real business impact. We're looking for a builder who can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a working product — fast. Not in quarters. In weeks.

Your focus Own the full cycle from idea to deployed product: UI, integrations, data layer, auth, basic analytics, monitoring. You make AI-assisted development your default mode — code generation, refactoring, documentation, all of it.

What you'll be doing

• Translate business needs into working prototypes and MVPs using low-code and AI-assisted development
• Work directly with stakeholders to define requirements, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Integrate third-party services: CRM, payments, messaging, webhooks, partner APIs
• Design lightweight but solid MVP architecture that holds up under real usage
• Set up and manage environments (dev/stage/prod), CI/CD basics, secrets, SSL, domains
• Add observability from day one: logs, error tracking, alerts
• Contribute to scoping: timelines, trade-offs, release planning

What success looks like

• Working MVP in production within 2–6 weeks
• Clear artifacts: lightweight PRD, technical docs, deployment and support notes
• Fewer blockers at launch, transparent logs, reproducible builds
• Measurable speed gains from AI tooling

Must-haves

• 2+ years building prototypes or MVPs, or a portfolio with real deployed products
• Comfortable with ambiguity — can shape requirements alongside the business
• Solid with APIs, webhooks, SQL/NoSQL, JWT/OAuth, queues
• Hands-on with deployment: Docker, cloud platforms, env variables, domains
• AI dev tools as a daily habit, not a novelty

• AI coding: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codeium
• Low-code/no-code: Retool, Bubble, Webflow, WeWeb, Appsmith, FlutterFlow
• Automation: n8n, Make, Zapier
• Backend: Supabase, Firebase, PocketBase, Hasura
• Deploy: Vercel, Cloudflare Workers/Pages, Render, Railway, Fly.io

Nice to have

• LLM/agent experience: tool calling, RAG, embeddings
• Basic security hygiene: rate limiting, captcha, OWASP basics
• Testing: unit/smoke + e2e for critical paths
• Product mindset: event tracking, metrics, A/B at MVP scale
