About the role:Hi! We are looking for a highly organized Support Coordinator to be the bridge between our American clients and our technical team. If you love keeping things in order and making sure no ticket is left behind, we want to meet you!
What youβll be doing:
- Inbox Management: Handling incoming requests and keeping our communication channels clean.
- Ticket Tracking: Monitoring our ticketing system to ensure everything is moving forward.
- Follow-up King/Queen: Making sure tasks are completed on time and keeping clients updated.
- Coordination: Talking to clients, understanding their needs, and assigning tasks to the right people.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Atera, or similar).
- Superb multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Work hours: 9 AM β 6 PM EST (16:00 β 01:00 Kyiv time).
