Middle Content Writer (Igaming)

We are looking for a Content Writer / Retention Manager (Middle) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Retention Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and taking an active part in shaping how we communicate with our players. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective multi-channel retention campaigns, building complex customer journeys, and maximizing player engagement.

• Experience in copywriting or content marketing;
• Strong command of English — sufficient to independently produce high-quality, professional texts;
• Proficiency with AI tools (for research, drafting, and content optimization) and a solid understanding of current AI trends;
• Ability to write engaging, persuasive, and audience-specific content;
• Strong editing and proofreading skills — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment;
• Creative thinking — a talent for generating fresh ideas that capture attention and drive engagement.

Development and implementation of retention strategy;

Writing compelling texts for retention campaigns and user communications;

Adapting writing style and tone to fit different brands, audiences, and platforms;

Planning and launching CRM campaigns (push notifications, in-app messaging);

Reviewing and rewriting content to improve clarity, relevance, and effectiveness.
