Google Ads (UAC) Media Buyer $$

We are looking for a Google Ads (UAC) Media Buyer who will be fully responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns within the Google ecosystem, with a focus on App Campaigns / UAC across international markets.This role requires a hands-on and independent approach: you will create and manage creatives, set up campaigns, analyze performance, and scale successful strategies.You will work across all stages of the funnel โ€” from testing hypotheses and audiences to budget optimization, improving ROI, and achieving stable scaling. Your primary goal is to reduce CPA/CPI, increase the flow of high-quality users, and ensure consistent growth in campaign performance.Special emphasis is placed on working with white and black traffic, as well as managing campaigns separately for iOS and Android platforms.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trading, crypto, or gambling projects; 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads / UAC
  • Experience with tracking systems (Keitaro, AppsFlyer, Adjust) and postback/SDK setup
  • Experience working with white traffic (grey traffic experience is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of key metrics: CPA, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV
  • Ability to manage full campaign lifecycle: planning, launch, testing, optimization, scaling, and reporting
  • Experience in creative testing (video, banners) and writing clear briefs for designers
  • Experience managing Android and iOS campaigns separately, including platform-specific knowledge (ATT, SKAdNetwork, iOS14+, Android IDFA/GAID)
  • Ability to create technical briefs for developers (landing page creation, SDK integration)

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads / UAC campaigns for Android and iOS
  • Develop and scale effective user acquisition strategies across international markets
  • Manage all funnel stages, from first touch to conversion and user retention
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust)
  • Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Optimize campaigns to reduce CPA/CPI and improve ROAS
  • Analyze performance and prepare actionable reports
  • Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful strategies
  • Collaborate with designers on creatives (video, banners) for UAC campaigns
  • Collaborate with developers on SDK integration and landing page optimization
  • Ensure stable ad account performance and delivery of high-quality traffic
