With us, you'll help optimize and scale agile delivery processes that support the digital transformation of vehicle damage processing. You will work with cross-functional teams leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to ensure smooth, efficient, and transparent product development. Youโ€™ll be part of an international and diverse team of experts, contributing to solutions that deliver measurable value to our customers.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Act as a Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness
  • Support the team in becoming self-organized and high-performing
  • Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting delivery
  • Coach the team and stakeholders on agile mindset and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and smooth backlog management
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Track and support team performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time)

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Strong understanding of Scrum and agile frameworks
  • Degree in economics, computer science, or a comparable field, with several years of experience working in agile environments (preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach)
  • Experience in facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Practical experience with agile metrics and delivery optimization

  • Ability to structure complex situations and resolve conflicts
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in tech/digital products
