N-iX is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Master to support and coordinate four development teams within ControlExpert.
 

The project is currently moving from an intensive initial delivery phase toward a more structured and sustainable setup. The key objective is to improve team collaboration, delivery flow, transparency, ownership, and cross-team coordination, while helping the teams establish effective and mature ways of working.

The role requires someone who can operate effectively in a complex environment, build trust across teams and management, and bring structure without introducing unnecessary process overhead.
 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support four development teams
• Take ownership of delivery flow, focusing on cycle time, flow efficiency, dependencies, and delivered value rather than velocity
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, handoffs, blockers, and unclear ownership
• Support the setup and development of new teams, including roles, ceremonies, ways of working, and tooling
• Coach individuals transitioning into new roles and help teams improve their collaboration and maturity
• Facilitate conflict resolution and support psychological safety at team and cross-team level
• Support teams through organizational changes, restructuring, and maturity shifts
• Partner with management on prioritization, transparency, and evidence-based escalation
• Identify missing decision ownership and help establish clear responsibilities
• Provide management with clear, data-backed insights into delivery challenges and improvement opportunities
• Escalate organizational or incentive-related blockers to the appropriate management level when required
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, Agile Coach, or similar role
• Proven experience supporting multiple development teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, team dynamics, and software delivery processes
• Experience with flow metrics and data-driven delivery improvement
• Strong cross-team coordination and dependency management skills
• Experience setting up or restructuring teams and establishing effective ways of working
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience supporting organizational change and team maturity development
• Ability to work effectively with both engineering teams and management
• Strong conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex and sometimes high-pressure environment

• Support cross-team collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate team events: Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives – while empowering teams to lead these sessions themselves.
• Promote a healthy team dynamic, facilitate conflict resolution, and monitor team health via observation and 1:1s.
• Mentor teams on Agile practices, Definition of Done, and effective tooling.
• Encourage and support the adoption of strong engineering practices like continuous delivery, use of feature flags, test automation, clean code, frequent refactoring, and fast feedback loops to help teams deliver high-quality, reliable software.
• Lead internal workshops/trainings on Agile techniques and tools.
• Ensure transparency through effective visualization (e.g., product goals, sprint targets, metrics).

• Вища освіта

Ми шукаємо Scrum Master із фокусом на delivery, розвиток процесів і ефективність команди. У Comparus ти працюватимеш над реальними банківськими продуктами, комунікуватимеш напряму зі стейкхолдерами з Німеччини — і бачитимеш, як твоя робота впливає на результат.

Основні зони відповідальності:

• Delivery Management: забезпечення стабільного delivery команди через планування (sprint / PI), контроль строків, пріоритетів і об’єму робіт
• Agile Process Facilitation: ефективне проведення Scrum-церемоній та застосування Agile-практик (Scrum/Kanban)
• Continuous Improvement: аналіз ефективності команди, виявлення pain points і впровадження покращень у процеси
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: управління очікуваннями, комунікація зі стейкхолдерами, підтримка команди (включаючи 1:1 та онбординг)
• Reporting & Transparency: забезпечення прозорості через роботу з Jira/Confluence, ведення тайм-логів і регулярну звітність по прогресу

Що важливо для успіху в цій ролі:

• Досвід роботи Scrum Master / Agile Facilitator/ Project Manager від 2,5 років із фокусом на delivery
• Рівень англійської Upper-Intermediate+ для щоденної комунікації зі стейкхолдерами (німецька — буде перевагою)
• Глибоке розуміння Agile (Scrum/Kanban) та SDLC, уміння застосовувати їх на практиці
• Досвід планування спринтів / PI та управління комітментами, строками й пріоритетами
• Практичний досвід покращення процесів і підвищення ефективності команди
• Сильні комунікаційні навички, емпатія та досвід роботи з командою (1:1, онбординг, вирішення конфліктів)
• Високий рівень самоорганізації, проактивність і ownership
• Досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence (репорти, базова аналітика, ведення прозорості процесів)

Перебуваємо в пошуку Project Coordinator, який/яка організує процес розробки з боку процесу, а не змісту: побудує прозорий флоу в Jira, зробить прогрес видимим для команди й стейкхолдерів, усуватиме блокери та допомагатиме команді рухатися передбачувано й без зайвого тертя.
 

За функціями роль близька до Scrum Master у класичних ІТ-компаніях. Фокус на тому, як команда працює, а технічні рішення та зміст задач залишаються зоною Product Owner і тимлідів. Ми шукаємо сервісного лідера — людину, яка працює на команду, а не над нею: створює середовище, де інженери роблять свою найкращу роботу.
 

Основні задачі:

• Побудова ефективного флоу в Jira: структура дошок, воркфлоу, автоматизації, JQL-фільтри, дашборди під різні ролі,
• Візуалізація процесів — щоб стан команди був зрозумілий з одного погляду: і тобі, і стейкхолдерам, і самим інженерам,
• Фасилітація Scrum-церемоній (planning, daily, review, retro) — коротко, по суті, без бюрократії,
• Проактивне виявлення та усунення блокерів — до того, як вони стають проблемою,
• Робота з метриками (lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP) для покращення процесів, а не для тиску на команду,
• Підтримка Product Owner та технічних лідерів у плануванні й прогнозуванні, комунікація статусу стейкхолдерам,
• Координація процесу інтеграцій із зовнішніми партнерами — узгодження таймлайнів, прозорість статусів та проактивне усунення міжкомандних блокерів там, де ми інтегруємось у партнерські продукти або куди інтегруються наші рішення,
• Ведення прозорої карти міжкомандних та партнерських залежностей — що, від кого і до якої дати потрібно, хто відповідає за результат,
• Розвиток інженерної культури: безперервне покращення, здорові ретроспективи, психологічна безпека в команді,
• Впровадження ШІ інструментів для автоматизації процесів, наприклад фолоапи дейлі мітінгів та інше.
   

Що потрібно для роботи:

• Реальний досвід у розробці — розуміння життєвого циклу продукту зсередини,
• Досвід у ролі Scrum Master / Agile Coach у продуктових командах від 3 років,
• Фанатичне володіння Jira: workflow, automation rules, JQL, дашборди, адміністрування проєктів,
• Глибоке розуміння Agile, Scrum та Kanban — не як набору ритуалів, а як інструментів, які застосовуються свідомо,
• Сильні фасилітаційні та комунікативні навички,
• Досвід координації процесів із зовнішніми партнерами/вендорами (узгодження таймлайнів, статусів та залежностей) у межах інтеграційних проєктів,
• Ментальність servant leadership — орієнтація на команду, а не на контроль,
• Вміння тримати баланс між процесною дисципліною і швидкістю команди — без зайвої бюрократії, але з фіксацією ключових рішень,
• Письмова та розмовна англійська мова на рівні B1-B2.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід з Confluence та Atlassian-екосистемою загалом,
• Навички командного коучінгу — розуміння стадій розвитку команди (Forming—Storming—Performing) та вміння свідомо впливати на командну динаміку,
• Сертифікації (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP).
