About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Lean principles, ensuring seamless collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Experience with EdTech is a must have!!!!!
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to drive Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Will be a plus:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Background in software development or engineering.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

● Effectively manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support development and delivery

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint refinements and plannings, reviews and retrospectives
• Coach the development teams to practice agile principles of collaboration, visibility, prioritization and self-organization

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a related role within a Scrum team
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working closely with development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and synchronize efforts across teams

We are looking for a PM + BA + Agile Trainer/Instructor to join an educational project in Oman.
The trainer will work with groups of software engineering students, delivering on-site training and helping them build a clear understanding of software development processes, team roles, and collaboration between technical and business functions.

The role is focused on explaining Agile practices and management concepts from an engineering perspective: how teams work, what to expect from Project Managers and Business Analysts, how decisions are made, and how work management tools are used in practice.

The training approach follows a 30% theory / 70% practice model, using real-life cases, team scenarios, and practical exercises.

The position is offered on a 1-year contract with relocation to Oman.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, as well as Scrum and Kanban approaches.
• Practical experience working in cross-functional software development teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and the product lifecycle.
