• Translate business requirements into clear, structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure requirements completeness, traceability, and alignment with compliance standards.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders before development start.
• Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and dependencies.
• Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with audit and regulatory expectations.

FinTech & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure requirements reflect financial domain specifics: digital payments, banking systems, compliance, data privacy, and security standards.
• Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., KYC, AML, audit logs, data protection) into backlog and specifications.
• Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure solution readiness.
• Identify potential regulatory risks early and communicate them proactively.

Backlog & Roadmap Management

• Own backlog structure, clarity, and readiness.
• Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with Product Managers based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
• Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready before sprint planning.
• Support roadmap planning with structured breakdown and delivery sequencing.
• Maintain transparency of dependencies across teams.

Mobile Product Lifecycle Support

• Ensure requirements account for mobile-specific considerations (platform differences, UX flows, performance constraints, security, app store policies).
• Support mobile release planning and readiness validation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to refine user journeys and flows.

Agile / Scrum Facilitation

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined and aligned with product priorities.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure impediments are identified and resolved.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement.
• Protect the team from scope creep and unmanaged changes during sprints.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, UX/UI designers, and QAs.
• Ensure shared understanding of requirements and scope.
• Align expectations between product vision and technical implementation.

Quality & Delivery Focus

• Ensure acceptance criteria are testable and measurable.
• Support QA in validating functionality against business requirements.
• Participate in demo preparation and stakeholder validation sessions.
• Promote secure, scalable, and customer-centric solution design.
• Continuously refine processes to improve delivery predictability and quality.
  
  Requirements:
• 3+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master with a strong background in FinTech and mobile application development
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Skilled in translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Extensive experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning capabilities in collaboration with Product Managers

Вимоги

Must-have:

• 3+ роки як Scrum Master / Agile Delivery / PM в інженерному середовищі
• практичний досвід Scrumban / Kanban
• Високі комунікаційні навички, орієнтованість на результат
• сильна фасилітація і фокусування команд
• впевнена робота з Jira (workflow, dashboards, ticket hygiene)
• досвід роботи в середовищі з великою кількістю багів та плаваючими вимогами
• вміння доводити домовленості до зафіксованого результату
  
   

Буде плюсом:

• e-commerce / marketplace досвід
• ERP/SAP інтеграції
• Magento або подібні платформи
• кейси “оздоровлення” процесів
  
   

Очікуваний результат (60–90 днів)

• daily стає коротким і керованим

• зростає Jira-дисципліна

Мета посади: створення середовища для ефективної роботи команди через впровадження цінностей Scrum та усунення будь-яких перешкод

Основні обов’язки:

• Реалізація стратегії менеджменту в частині впровадження сучасних підходів (Lean startup, Agile development, Growth Hacking, Design Thinking, Innovation Management) до визначення та розвитку продукту
• Впровадження та підтримка процесів з використанням Agile підходів
• Керування прозорістю діяльності команди та коректністю командної роботи
• Навчання, тренування, настанови IT команди в процесі впровадження та використання Agile підходів
• Управління прогресом та успіхом команди в розробці та підтримці розроблених продуктів
• Визначення, вимірювання та звітування про KPI ефективності та якості для проєктів, над якими працюєте
• Створення, розповсюдження та просування уроків, отриманих від проєкту для інших скрам майстрів
• Відповідальність за усунення перешкод, з якими стикається команда проєкту, і залучає відповідних зацікавлених сторін до їх усунення

• Організація та проведення зустрічей IT команди

   

Основні вимоги:

• Вища освіта 
• 3+ років досвіду роботи в ролі скрам майстра з успішним супроводом декількох команд
• Досвід роботи з Масштабованим Scrum (Scaled Scrum) 
• Знання Scrum фреймворку та SAFe, LeSS, Nexus підходів
• Глибоке знання методу Kanban
• Навички створювати тренінгові матеріали та проводити тренінги

• Знання англійської мови на середньому рівні Pre-Intermediate (A2/B1) для презентацій

• Досвід впровадження Safe 

• Знання банківської сфери та ринку фінансових продуктів
