Responsibilities:

- Act as a servant leader, removing obstacles and enabling teams to deliver high-value solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure Agile principles are followed while adapting to the needs of the organization.
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Experience with EdTech is a must have!!!!!
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to drive Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Will be a plus:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working closely with development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
