Job Summary: 
We’re looking for a proactive and market-savvy Content Team Manager to lead a group of creators who post real-time financial insights on a social platform built for traders and investors. 

This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. markets, fast-paced retail trading culture, and the ability to lead a team producing timely, relevant, and engaging content throughout the trading day. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced trader, analyst, or finance professional who understands what moves the market — and how to turn that into impactful short-form content for a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage a team of content creators posting real-time stock market commentary 

● Track earnings, macro events, and market-moving news to guide the team’s focus 

● Review and improve content for accuracy, tone, and relevance 

● Monitor engagement performance and refine strategy based on audience response 

● Set posting priorities and coordinate daily content flow 

● Collaborate with leadership to align team output with brand voice and business goals

Required Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in trading, market analysis, or financial content creation 

● Strong understanding of U.S. equity markets, tickers, catalysts, and investor sentiment 

● Experience managing or mentoring a small team 

● Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills 

● Upper-intermediate or higher English (B2+) 

● Familiarity with platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit (r/stocks), or similar market-focused communities 

● Bonus: experience using content performance data to improve growth and engagement

Requirements

— Strong understanding of IT business processes and operations;

— Experience working with European markets and collaborating in international teams;

— Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

— Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework;

— Background in the IT sector;

— Upper-Intermediate level of English — both written and spoken;

— Excellent presentation and communication skills;

— Strong time management, self-organization, and self-motivation skills;

— Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines;

— Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs, assess team results, spot potential risks, and propose effective solutions.

— Proactive approach, with initiative and a desire to learn and grow quickly.

Project is connected with detect, prevent, and investigate money laundering, fraud, and compliance violations with a holistic view of risk across your organization. Current project provides rigorous recording and monitoring of regulated users communication activities, which is key to a firm ability to meet the stringent regulatory demands and achieve an operating environment that protects customers and the firm reputation.

Чим будеш займатися:

1. Повний цикл створення та підготовки цифрових платформ — від постановки задачі до передачі клієнту.
2. Пошук, реєстрація доменів, закупівля та розподіл VPS та налаштування платформи.
3. Створення технічної документації.
4. Актуалізація задач відповідно до змін у вимогах клієнта.
5. Координація з командою Developers,  Delivery, Support.
6. Збір відгуків та формування звітів про роботу та витрати.

Вимоги до тебе:

✔️ Мати досвід 2+ роки на позиції JPM, Scrum Master, task-менеджера у fintech компанії.
✔️ Розуміти, як працюють IT-системи і як вони між собою взаємодіють.
✔️ Вміти планувати, не втрачаючи гнучкості
✔️ Вміти передбачати ризики й реагувати на них швидше за спринт
✔️ Лаконічно та зрозуміло формулювати думки
