Як ми бачимо нашого dream кандидата чи кандидатку?

● Маєш досвід роботи в ролі Scrum Master не менше 3-х років;

● Володієш глибокими практичними знаннями в області Scrum і Kanban;

● Є розуміння того, як проводити команду по етапам її розвитку;

● Маєш бажання використовувати останні підходи в Agile і розробці;

● Вмієш делегувати, приймати рішення і брати на себе відповідальність.

Буде плюсом:

● CSM, PSPO, CLB, PSM1-3 або інші сертифікації в області Agile/Scrum;

● Знання та досвід роботи з фреймворками масштабування Scrum;

● Вміння працювати з віддаленими командами;

● Практичні знання Miro, Jira, Confluence.

Що ти будеш робити?

● Підтримувати середовище для залучення всієї скрам команди в події, а також самоорганізації команди;

● Допомагати команді в подоланні перешкод та вирішення конфліктів;

● Коучити команди в питаннях побудови процесів і використання інструментів у середовищі Agile;

● Забезпечувати цикли зворотного зв’язку в своїх командах;

● Забезпечувати видимість результатів роботи команди для Stakeholder;

● Коучити і допомагати PO в забезпеченні розуміння дорожньої карти і цілей продукту командою розробки і SH, а також прослідковування зв’язків від цілей продукту до завдань в спринті;

● Проводити команду по етапам її розвитку;

● Працювати над вдосконаленням та застосуванням єдиних, кращих практик у складі форуму Scrum Master (гільдії);

● Працювати в організаційній моделі unFix.
