Head of Product $$$$

Due to the rapid growth of our iGaming product, we are opening the Head of Product position to lead further development and scaling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino, betting) as Head of Product or Senior Product Manager
• Deep understanding of the iGaming market, user behavior, and business models
• Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and UX research
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and Agile processes
• Experience implementing innovative solutions that impact key product metrics
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• English level Upper-Intermediate+
• Experience working in Mexico or LATAM is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy in alignment with company business goals
• Manage the full product lifecycle (from idea to launch and scaling)
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in iGaming to implement best solutions
• Manage a team of product managers, designers, and analysts
• Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and improve key metrics (LTV, Retention, GGR)
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, BI analysts, and other departments
• Monitor product KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and work with analytics
• Implement new gaming mechanics, bonus systems, payment solutions, and features
• Manage product P&L, control budget, and cost efficiency
• Develop and scale existing platforms and implement advanced technologies
• Develop and implement product strategy to ensure product growth in line with business goals
• Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to improve engagement and conversion
• Drive growth of key metrics (Retention, LTV, GGR, ARPU, reduce Churn Rate)
• Coordinate product managers, analysts, designers, and developers
• Implement new gaming mechanics including features, bonus systems, and payment solutions
• Analyze market and competitors to identify innovative solutions and best practices
• Monetization and P&L optimization, including profit control, budget management, and ROI
• Maintain flexibility and adapt quickly to market and user behavior changes
