Digital Marketing Specialist $$

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and manage digital marketing efforts through external marketing agencies. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital acquisition strategy through external sub-contractors across multiple channels and markets, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable business results.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years in digital marketing (media buying / performance marketing)
  • Hands-on experience with media/video ads (Facebook, TikTok; YouTube)
  • Understanding of funnels, creatives lifecycle, KPIs, ROI
  • Experience managing $10k+/month budgets
  • Ability to coordinate multiple agencies and channels
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • English: B1โ€“B2+ (written daily, spoken occasionally)
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working with agencies (large budgets, external partners)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies across channels
  • Define KPIs, briefs, budgets, and performance benchmarks
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize strategies
  • Scale successful channels and stop underperforming initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, brand, and compliance requirements
  • Report on performance and growth results to internal stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience working with APAC markets
  • Experience in high-risk or regulated industries
  • Understanding of SEO and affiliate marketing
