Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and manage digital marketing efforts through external marketing agencies. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital acquisition strategy through external sub-contractors across multiple channels and markets, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable business results.
Requirements
- 2+ years in digital marketing (media buying / performance marketing)
- Hands-on experience with media/video ads (Facebook, TikTok; YouTube)
- Understanding of funnels, creatives lifecycle, KPIs, ROI
- Experience managing $10k+/month budgets
- Ability to coordinate multiple agencies and channels
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- English: B1โB2+ (written daily, spoken occasionally)
- Nice to have:
- Experience working with agencies (large budgets, external partners)
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies across channels
- Define KPIs, briefs, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Monitor agency performance and optimize strategies
- Scale successful channels and stop underperforming initiatives
- Ensure alignment between marketing, brand, and compliance requirements
- Report on performance and growth results to internal stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience working with APAC markets
- Experience in high-risk or regulated industries
- Understanding of SEO and affiliate marketing
