We are expanding and looking for a Senior Facebook & Native Campaign Manager to join our growing team. We’re seeking a talented and proactive Senior Campaign Manager with deep expertise in Facebook and Native traffic who’s ready to take ownership of high-budget campaigns and push them to peak performance. Responsibilities:
● Campaign Management: Independently develop, launch, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, Bing.
● Take full ownership of budgets, strategies, optimizations, and daily management.
● Campaign Innovation: Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
● Research and implement new strategies, creative ideas, and best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve and maximize results. Proactively research and adopt new strategies, formats, and best practices.
● Analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable optimizations to maximize ROI.
● A/B Testing and Analysis: Design and implement A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and strategies; analyze results to optimize performance.
● Reporting and Insights: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; proactively identify opportunities for improvement for yourself and the team.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing insights, best practices, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives. Share successful learnings, insights, and best practices with the wider team to drive overall team success.

 

Requirements:
● 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Native campaigns β€” MUST.
● Experience in Gaming, CFD, or Casino verticals - huge advantage.
● Proven track record of scaling campaigns with healthy profit margins and large budgets.
● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
● Exceptional multitasking and organization abilities.
● Deep understanding of A/B testing, tracking, and performance reporting.
● Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
● Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance marketing environment.
● Team player with excellent communication skills.
● A strong desire for continuous learning and growth, personally and for the team.
