About the Team: 

You'll join the Workouts Team — a cross-functional mobile squad owning the full training experience: workout program recommendations, personalization, training settings, and flows from web funnels into the app.

The team ships features for a high-scale international B2C audience on iOS and Android with a dedicated backend engineering team supporting a set of core services (recommendation engines, content delivery, localization, and more). This means your work as a BA spans complex system design, multi-service dependencies, and high-scale data flows, not just UI features.

You'll work as an equal partner with the Product Owner — co-owning the backlog, shaping discovery, and driving clarity across Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and Legal to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
 

Your impact:
 

• Partner with the Product Owner to shape and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Own end-to-end requirements for iOS, Android, and backend teams — from discovery through delivery.
• Write structured User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and feature specs that development teams can act on without ambiguity.
• Lead and facilitate refinement sessions, ensure the team has the context and clarity to estimate and deliver with confidence.
• Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and cross-team dependencies before they become blockers.
• Contribute to BA stream standards, documentation practices, and tooling — you'll have real influence here. 
   

About you: 
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including backend systems and API-level thinking.
• Solid command of Agile methodologies in a real product environment.
• Confident with A/B testing principles — you understand how experiments are designed, tracked, and interpreted.
• Product mindset - ability to think in terms of business value, user needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills — you can drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders without losing people along the way.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; comfortable with UML/BPMN or similar modeling approaches.
• English level — Upper Intermediate (working language for documentation).
• Experience with В2С product with a large number of users or mobile apps is a plus.
   

Would be a plus:
 

• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products.
• Familiarity with subscription-based B2C business models.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Figma.
• Experience working with web-to-app conversion funnels.
