Senior Media Buyer $$$$
We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of our advertising channels performance and play a key role in shaping our future product strategy. This position combines hands-on media buying expertise with a strategic mindset, offering a clear growth path toward a Product Manager role.
You will work closely with company leadership, data, and engineering teams to scale advertising performance, optimize channel integrations, and gradually transition into product-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms
Drive performance optimization through testing, scaling, and data analysis
Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to improve campaign efficiency and tracking
Translate business goals into actionable media buying strategies
Identify growth opportunities across new and existing advertising channels
Work closely with leadership to align media strategy with overall business objectives
Mentor junior media buyers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Growth Scope (Product-Oriented Responsibilities)
Participate in shaping the strategy for advertising channel integrations
Provide insights to improve automation and data synchronization between platforms
Collaborate on defining requirements for internal tools and dashboards
Contribute to roadmap discussions related to marketing and adtech capabilities
Gradually take ownership of product initiatives related to acquisition and performance marketing
Primary Focus
Scale and optimize paid acquisition channels (social, programmatic, etc.)
Improve campaign performance through data-driven decision-making
Enhance tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy
Reduce manual processes through automation and tooling
Secondary Focus
Explore and test new advertising platforms and traffic sources
Identify high-potential channels for scaling
Support integration of new channels from a business and performance perspective
Technical & Analytical Contribution
Work closely with APIs, tracking systems, and attribution tools
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Provide structured feedback for improving internal tools and integrations
Support automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
4โ6+ years of hands-on experience in media buying / performance marketing
Strong experience with major advertising platforms:
- Paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Programmatic / DSPs (as a plus)
Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven optimization
Experience with tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics
Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition strategies
Experience working with large budgets and scaling campaigns
AI-first mindset: willingness to use AI tools for optimization, testing, and automation
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
Nice to Have
Experience with programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges)
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or marketing tech infrastructure
Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams
Background in automation or building internal tools
Interest in transitioning into a Product Manager role
