About the Role

We are not looking for a traditional SMM manager focused on content calendars and basic posting. We are building a scalable, AI-driven content distribution system across multiple platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of SMM, growth, AI automation, and viral content production. You will design and operate a system that generates, adapts, distributes, and scales content across platforms.

Core Responsibility

Design and build a scalable content distribution system:

Idea generation → AI content production → adaptation → posting → amplification → analytics → iteration

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage cross-platform content distribution system

Use AI to generate scripts, hooks, and content ideas at scale

Adapt content for multiple platforms while maintaining native feel

Analyze trends and convert them into scalable formats

Deep competitor analysis and pattern recognition

Work with UGC avatars and content personas

Launch and evaluate collaborations with creators and communities

Develop Telegram communities and owned distribution channels

Implement automation and semi-automation systems

Use aggressive growth methods where applicable
