About the Role:
JF Media is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Media Buyer with at least 1 year of experience in White Lead Generation for the US market. 

Our primary focus is on auto insurance and home insurance verticals.

We’re seeking a results-oriented specialist who can effectively manage campaigns on Facebook and/or TikTok, understands sales funnels, scales campaigns profitably, and consistently delivers strong CPL and ROI performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize white campaigns on Facebook and TikTok for the US market
• Generate high-quality leads in White Lead Gen verticals (insurance, finance, home services, etc.)
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
• Build, analyze, and optimize sales funnels
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI metrics
• Scale winning campaigns and strategies
• Ensure full compliance with platform policies
• Collaborate with designers, UGC creators, and copywriters

• Achieve KPIs according to the agreed plan

   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in White Lead Generation (US market is a must)
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of TikTok creative mechanics (hooks, retention, UGC) is a plus
• Experience working with trackers (RedTrack, Keitaro, UTM parameters)
• Deep understanding of platform compliance and policies
• Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining stable performance
