What You’ll Be Doing

• Search, attract, and onboard new affiliates focused on LATAM markets
• Work with local partners from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru currently based in the CIS (preferably Russia)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
• Manage the full cycle of cooperation: from first contact to active traffic
• Evaluate partner potential and scale high-performing collaborations
• Work with different traffic sources and understand what performs best in LATAM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth launches and growth

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Strong understanding of the LATAM market and how to source affiliates there
• Hands-on experience with traffic sources such as: SEO, Telegram / WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Twitch, Kick, Influencer & streaming traffic
• Ability to build long-term partnerships and focus on performance
• Russian language at B1–B2 level is a strong plus
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
