Graphic Designer (Digital / Media Buying | iGaming)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in digital advertising and media buying to create high-converting creatives.

The ideal candidate has strong creative thinking, excellent Photoshop and/or Figma skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt creatives to different tasks and markets.

Responsibilities

• Create banners and graphic creatives for media buying campaigns (online casino & sports betting)
• Develop ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, and other advertising platforms
• Adapt banners to different formats, sizes, platforms, and GEOs
• Work with provided assets (images, brand elements, copy)
• Implement revisions based on feedback from the media buying team
• Design with a strong focus on performance and conversion
• Follow brand guidelines and platform advertising requirements
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to improve creative performance
• Proactively generate ideas and visual concepts for ad campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proven experience creating banners for digital advertising / media buying
• Understanding of performance-driven design (CTR, hooks, strong call-to-action)
• Practical experience with ad formats for Facebook / Instagram, Google Display, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma
• Ability to quickly adapt creatives for different GEOs, offers, and formats

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming (online casino / sports betting)
• Understanding of compliance specifics in gambling advertising
