Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy
- Adapt brand positioning for local markets (LATAM, Mexico)
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis
- Ensure quality and consistency across all marketing materials
- Oversee SMM, Design, and PR teams
- Increase brand visibility and share of voice (SOV)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and communication
- Adapt brand and messaging for LATAM markets (Mexico focus)
- Manage and align PR, SMM, and Design teams
- Lead creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations
- Build and manage partnerships and collaborations
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
- Control quality and consistency of all brand communications
- Work with external agencies and production teams
- Track performance and optimize brand initiatives based on data
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Brand Manager or Brand Strategist in iGaming
- Proven track record of successful brand strategies and campaigns
- Experience working with production and partnerships
- Strong skills in communication and creative strategy development
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (PR, SMM, Design)
- Strong understanding of LATAM markets (especially Mexico)
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of LATAM market specifics
- Strong creative thinking and art direction skills
