Founding Mobile Engineer $$$

We build AI-powered consumer apps. Our first product, Goodie AI, is a food analysis app live on both app stores, has reached 100K downloads in 6 months with 4.9 rating, and 100M+ views on TikTok, and is now heading towards an acquisition. 

Now we're scaling that playbook into a portfolio of new apps across different verticals. Same approach across multiple bets: AI-native and mobile-first.
 

  The Role
 

  You'll be our first engineering hire and a co-builder across everything we launch. This isn't a single-product job. You'll help us ideate,

  prototype, and ship multiple new apps, picking the right stack for each, building the first version, and getting it into users' hands. Some

  will be quick experiments. Some will become real businesses. You'll be in the room for all of it.

  What You'll Do

  - Go from idea to shipped product 

  - Make foundational architecture and technology decisions for new apps

  - Build full-stack: mobile frontends, serverless backends, AI integrations

  - Own the entire lifecycle: prototype, launch, iterate, scale

  - Work directly with the founders to shape product direction

  What You Bring

  Must-have:

  - Strong TypeScript across the stack

  - Deep experience with React Native + Expo or willingness to work in mobile

  - Proficiency with serverless backends (Supabase, Firebase, or similar)

  - Hands-on experience with LLM/AI APIs — prompt engineering, structured outputs, building AI-powered features

  - You've shipped products to real users — side projects, startups, whatever. You know what it takes end-to-end.

  - Thrives in ambiguity. You don't need a spec — you need a problem.

  Strong plus:

  - Experience with mobile monetization (subscriptions, paywalls, RevenueCat, Stripe)

  - Familiarity with mobile growth & analytics (attribution, A/B testing, product analytics)

  - App Store and Google Play submission and release management

  - Background building multi-language / international products

  Nice-to-have:

  - Experience in health, nutrition, fitness, or consumer AI

  - Eye for design and UX. You can build something that looks good without a designer in the room

  - Prior founding or early-stage startup experience
