🎯 Role overview
We are hiring a Senior Amazon PPC Manager (Head of PPC) to lead our PPC department.
This is a leadership + hands-on role, where you will:
🔹own performance across multiple accounts (client + internal brands)
🔹manage and develop a team of PPC managers
🔹build systems, standards, and reporting that scale
❗️This is not just campaign optimization - this is about building a high-performing PPC function.

🚀 What success looks like (first 90–180 days)
🔹Establish clear PPC operating standards across the department (account structure, naming conventions, testing framework, reporting).
🔹Implement a predictable cadence for weekly performance reviews, monthly business reviews, and forecasting aligned with Finance.
🔹Improve portfolio efficiency while protecting growth targets.
🔹Create a training and QA process that improves team output and reduces performance volatility.
🔹Build a scalable onboarding playbook for new accounts.

🧩 Requirements:
🔸4+ years of Amazon PPC experience across multiple brands/accounts
🔸Strong expertise in campaign structure and large-scale optimization
🔸Deep understanding of profitability (not just ACOS thinking)
🔸Experience leading or mentoring PPC specialists
🔸Strong communication skills (ability to explain complex things simply)
🔸High ownership & ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment

⚙️ Resposibilities:
👥 Department leadership
🔸Lead PPC across multiple brands, marketplaces, and account sizes
🔸Manage, coach, and develop PPC managers
🔸Own hiring inputs: scorecards, interview process, onboarding
🔸Build SOPs, templates, and internal standards

📈 Strategy & execution
🔹Own PPC strategy per account (structure, targeting, budgets, scaling)
🔹Drive performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (where applicable).
🔹Run a continuous testing roadmap across keywords and targeting, creatives, and placements and formats.
🔹Monitor daily performance and quickly resolve issues such as spend anomalies, CVR drops, CPC increases, and inventory or seasonality impacts.

📉 Measurement, reporting & forecasting
🔸Own portfolio-level reporting with clear insights
🔸Work closely with Finance on ad spend, contribution margin, and forecasting, while tracking key metrics including ACOS/TACOS, CVR/CTR, CPC, and share of voice.
🔸Communicate clearly to leadership: what’s happening, why, and what’s next

🤝 Cross-functional collaboration
🔹Work with Creative to improve main images, A+ content, video, and ad assets.
🔹Align with Operations on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
🔹Support client communication when needed

🔸Experience with DSP, AMC, Attribution
🔸International marketplaces experience
🔸Experience with tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, and Scale Insights, as well as building SOPs, QA processes, and training systems.
