Performance Media Buyer (Native, DSP) $$

Golden Panda Marketing is an international, performance-driven affiliate company. We specialize in scaling high-demand products in the Health & Lifestyle sectors through aggressive, data-backed traffic acquisition.

We are looking for a Native & DSP expert who knows how to tame the algorithms of Taboola, Outbrain, and major DSPs. If you can spot a winning creative angle and scale a funnel to thousands of dollars in daily spend, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Launch, test, and scale Native and DSP campaigns independently to hit and exceed strict KPI targets.
• Aggressive Scaling: Take responsibility for managing thousands of ad dollars every day, efficiently allocating spend across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, MediaGo, and various DSPs.
• Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into traffic data to spot trends in CTRs, CPCs, and conversion rates. You’ll act fast to cut losers and maximize ROI.
• Funnel & Creative Testing: Collaborate with the team to experiment with new landing pages, prelanders, and ad creatives. You are responsible for finding the "winning combo" and scaling it aggressively.
• Cross-Platform Growth: While your focus is Native/DSP, you’ll work within a team that leverages Google and Facebook to ensure holistic growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer specifically in Native ads or Programmatic/DSP environments.
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing large daily budgets profitably (you aren't afraid of spending $1k+ per day).
• Expertise in Platforms: Deep knowledge of Taboola, Outbrain, or major DSPs (MediaGo, etc.).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable scaling strategies.
• Creative Agility: Ability to develop and test multiple "angles" to keep campaigns fresh and profitable.
• English Proficiency: Comfortable working in an international environment (written and spoken).
