Motion Designer (AI-focused) $

We are Cacao Mobile. For over 10 years, we have been building mobile applications in the Health & Wellness, Entertainment, and Utilities categories, attracting thousands of users worldwide.

We are strengthening our creative team and looking for a Motion Designer — a proactive and energetic specialist in creating performance creatives for mobile app promotion (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
 

Key responsibilities:
- Create video content for mobile app promotion on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms based on prepared scripts;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and test creative concepts;
- Research the market and competitors to identify best practices and adapt them for testing within the company’s apps;
- Dive deep into the product and build strong awareness of apps in similar categories.
 

What will help you succeed in this role:
- 1+ year of commercial experience in Motion Design;
- Confident use of AI tools to optimize the speed of video content production;
- Understanding of timing, rhythm, storytelling, and video editing principles;
- Strong visual awareness: understanding of composition, color theory, and animation principles;
- Willingness to learn new tools and follow design trends;
- Strong responsibility, autonomy, and time-management skills.

Nice to have:
- Experience creating marketing creatives for mobile apps in Health & Wellness, AI tools, or Utilities;
- Experience or willingness to occasionally work with static creatives;
- Experience independently generating ideas and hypotheses for video creatives.
