Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for attracting and developing advertisers across multiple verticals: gambling, dating, mainstream etc.
The main goal of this role is to scale the advertiser pool, build long-term partnerships, and drive traffic volume and revenue growth/

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new advertisers (direct advertisers, affiliate networks)
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Analyze campaign performance (CR, EPC, ROI, etc.)
• Select and launch offers for different traffic sources
• Test new verticals and geographies

• Monitor payments, cooperation terms, and SLA compliance

   

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Account Manager (focused on advertisers)
• Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
• Experience with verticals: gambling / dating / mainstream
• Existing advertiser network is a strong plus
• Understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, Google, native, push, etc.)
• English level: Intermediate or higher
