The Role
We’re looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our growing e-CRM team. This is a critical execution role focused on scheduling and building high-quality email and SMS campaigns across multiple brands using Klaviyo, Attentive, and related platforms.
You’ll be responsible for the accurate setup, scheduling, and basic performance tracking of campaigns — freeing up strategic team members to focus on growth initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and schedule weekly email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and Attentive (no copywriting or creative required)
- QA test all campaigns to ensure flawless delivery across devices
- Manage basic campaign reporting: opens, clicks, sends, and unsubscribes
- Organise and maintain content and asset libraries
- Execute campaign calendar deadlines across multiple brands and time zones
- Coordinate with the team asynchronously to ensure accurate implementation of content and assets
- Maintain campaign documentation and performance records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Klaviyo & Attentive
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to hit weekly deadlines
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or DTC marketing (email/SMS-focused)
- Comfortable working across timezones
- Comfortable with asynchronous communication tools (Slack, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
- Fast learner, organised, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working with multiple brands or agencies
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or asset-handling platforms
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (not required, but helpful)
