The Role:
Our partner is seeking a strong Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in affiliate networks. If you are a data-driven professional who knows how to build long-term partnerships and scale results, this opportunity is for you.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and partner teams, leveraging your existing network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
• Identify partner needs, offer tailored solutions, and effectively close partnership deals.
• Work with TDS, tracking systems, and the technical side of affiliate management to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive growth.
   

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, specifically within affiliate networks.
• Vertical expertise: Gambling.
• Partner base: An existing portfolio of at least 30 active partners.
• Technical knowledge: Hands-on experience with TDS, trackers, and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of affiliate management.
• Client management: Proven ability to manage partners, communicate effectively, identify partner needs, and close deals.
• Analytical mindset: Strong skills in working with numbers, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Language: English B2 or higher (fluent communication is a must).
