Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious CEO to lead the launch of a new casino product in the Canadian market. This is a unique opportunity to take a product from strategy to commercial success while working with a professional team in a dynamic iGaming environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational goals are met.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team and department heads to define the company’s strategic direction.
• Develop and manage the company budget, optimizing expenses to ensure financial stability.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead project execution, ensuring effective resource allocation and successful product delivery.
• Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with Canadian regulatory requirements.
• Implement necessary policies and procedures tailored to departmental needs.
• Continuously improve processes to increase operational efficiency and foster innovation.
   

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in iGaming, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in startups and launching new projects is a strong advantage.
• Proven managerial experience with teams of 20+ people and the ability to oversee multiple departments.
• Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
