AI Content \Automation Specialist

Reteno is a messaging marketing automation platform for mobile apps. We help product teams increase retention, subscriptions, and revenue through personalized push notifications, email, in-app messages, and other channels. Our clients include hundreds of apps worldwide — from fast-growing startups to large product companies.

We are looking for a specialist who will help scale content creation using AI tools and automate routine marketing processes. This is not a managerial role, but rather a hands-on position for someone excited to work at the intersection of technology, content, and marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate content using AI tools, including:
  - social media posts;

  - PPC ad copy;

  - video descriptions;

  - basic blog articles;

  - email copy and more;

  - simple visuals for PPC and social media. 

• Automate content creation processes (prompt engineering, templates, agent workflows). 
• Adapt and refine AI-generated content to match brand voice and style. 
• Set up or maintain automated content publishing across social media platforms. 
• Organize and systematize content processes and asset libraries. 

• Stay up to date with new AI tools and explore practical use cases. 

   

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Basic understanding of how AI tools work (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.). 
• General technical mindset with an understanding of basic programming concepts. 
• Ability to work with various online tools and quickly learn new platforms. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to distinguish high-quality content from weak content. 

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. 

   

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.).  
• Experience creating content for social media or advertising. 
• Experience generating and/or editing video using AI tools. 
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Python (not required). 
• Understanding of digital marketing or SaaS products. 

• Experience with process automation or scripting.
