You will be editing:

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Cut long-form videos into high-performing short clips
• Edit Reels/Shorts with strong hooks in first 1–2 seconds
• Add captions, emphasis words, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Remove all fluff — every second must earn its place
  Edit appearance and background
• Create clean YouTube edits (jump cuts, light graphics, subtle zooms)
• Maintain consistent visual identity and style

⚡ What We’re Looking For

You:

• Have experience editing Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube
• Understand attention, pacing, and retention
• Know how to create viral-style hooks
• Can follow direction — and also bring smart ideas
• Work fast and meet deadlines
• Have strong taste (this matters more than tools)

Bonus:

• Experience with AI tools (captions, cutting, etc.)
  AI video like Veo3, or Sora, Heygen
• Motion graphics / clean modern overlays
• Understanding of personal brand / authority content
