Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Communications Manager to coordinate the company’s PR and communications activities in Ukraine and globally. This role focuses on building strong media relationships, ensuring consistent brand visibility, and supporting business objectives through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry opinion leaders
• Develop high-quality communication materials, including partnership announcements, company news, and product-related content
• Ensure consistent brand presence in media through expert articles, comments, press releases, and podcasts
• Support and execute Government Relations (GR) initiatives
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Communications Manager or PR Manager role
• Proven track record of systematic and effective collaboration with media and opinion leaders
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience preparing PR materials (press releases, articles, editorials, expert commentary)
• Experience with analytical and media monitoring tools (e.g., LOOQME, Determ, CoverageBook)
• Experience in budget management
• Solid understanding of crisis communication and reputation management principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
• Willingness to travel for work when required
• Strategic mindset with a structured approach and strong focus on business outcomes
• Experience in tech or defense-related industries is a strong advantage
• English proficiency at the C1 level or higher
