Senior Influencer manager (media buyer/iGaming)

We are a fast-growing iGaming company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Media Buyer (Influence) who will manage influencer integrations, scale performance campaigns, and drive marketing efficiency.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of influencer marketing: research, briefs & creatives, integrations закупка, deal control, and KPI tracking
  • Lead special projects, long-term collaborations, and ambassador programs
  • Test and scale performance-driven funnels, creatives, offers, and GEOs
  • Build and optimize traffic funnels, control ROI and traffic quality
  • Analyze market and competitors, contribute to process improvements, and mentor team members
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience with influencers and full-cycle media buying in iGaming
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience triggers, lead magnets, and funnel warming strategies
  • Negotiation and sales skills, experience working with large budgets
  • Experience with international GEOs and multiple platforms/formats
  • Ability to analyze traffic quality and campaign economics
  • High level of ownership, strategic and critical thinking
  • Willingness to grow into a Team Lead role
