C++/Linux Administrator/ HPC and Infrastructure (Location Germany)

We are looking for a Linux Administrator to support high-performance computing environments and critical distributed infrastructure.
 

In this role, you will:

• Administer HPC clusters for machine learning workloads (e.g., Slurm, Ceph)
• Maintain and support application infrastructure (web services, ERP systems, mail, LDAP, messaging services, etc.)
• Manage and automate workstation provisioning using Ansible
• Ensure stability, performance, and security of distributed systems
   

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
• Strong C++ knowledge or experience working with C++ environments
• Experience with HPC environments and job schedulers (e.g., Slurm)
• Knowledge of distributed storage systems (e.g., Ceph or similar)
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python, Rust, or CUDA
• Familiarity with low-level Linux systems or kernel concepts
• Experience with web or backend systems
