The Role
We're looking for a Head of Operations who can take a strategic idea and turn it into a running system. You'll own client operations, internal processes, and team coordination โ making sure our clients get exceptional results and our team has what they need to deliver. This is a leadership role with real ownership, not a support function.
What You'll Do
- Own client operations end-to-end โ onboarding, campaign execution, reporting, and relationship management for investment bank and PE clients
- Build and improve internal processes โ design workflows that scale as we grow from 20 to 50+
- Manage outbound campaign operations โ oversee execution, track performance, and optimize results across client engagements
- Coordinate across the team โ be the connective tissue between research, outreach, and client delivery
- Manage vendors and tools โ evaluate, onboard, and manage external platforms and service providers
- Execute on the founder's vision โ take rough ideas and turn them into structured, repeatable processes with minimal hand-holding
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- Fluent English โ written and spoken (this is non-negotiable, you'll be client-facing with US firms)
- Proven experience managing client operations in a services business
- Strong process design skills โ you build systems, not just follow them
- Ability to work EST hours (US Eastern Time)
- Self-starter who can take ambiguous direction and deliver structured results
Nice-to-have:
- Experience at a lead generation agency or B2B services firm
- Background managing outbound campaign operations (email, LinkedIn, multi-channel)
- Experience scaling operations in a fast-growing, bootstrapped company
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
Compensation
- $1,500 โ $4,000/month (depending on experience)
- Full-time contractor engagement
- Long-term role with growth potential as the company scales
Location
Remote โ must be available during US Eastern Time (EST) working hours.
