Business Development Manager (iGaming / media buying)

Adwave is a fast-growing media buying team in the iGaming industry, focused on international markets.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to scale partnerships, attract new traffic sources, and drive revenue growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new partners:
    • affiliate networks
    • direct advertisers
    • webmasters / affiliates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Negotiate terms, payouts, caps, and deals
  • Launch and manage cooperation with partners
  • Scale traffic volumes and improve partner performance
  • Analyze traffic quality and optimize based on KPIs (ROI, CR, LTV)
  • Work closely with media buying team to scale profitable traffic
  • Monitor market trends and find new growth opportunities
     

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Affiliate / Account Management in iGaming
  • Experience working with affiliate networks or media buying teams
  • Experience in resell network (without own product) โ€” strong advantage
  • Understanding of traffic sources:
    • Facebook
    • Google
    • In-app
    • TikTok
  • Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Experience working with webmasters / advertisers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
  • English โ€” Intermediate+
