Senior User Acquisition and Growth Manager Offline

We are building a generative AI co-pilot that helps users explore crypto market data across exchanges through a simple chat interface.

Model: 

  • B2ะก SaaS targeting global markets (Tier-1 priority).
  • Initial phase: web-first (web sign-up, onboarding, monetization), with mobile (iOS/Android) integration later.

 

Who We're Looking For 

A strong performance/UA marketer who can:

  • Independently lead and scale user acquisition on Meta and Google (solo role initially, no agencies, no media buyers in team).
  • Understands SaaS, subscriptions, paywalls, LTV/ROMI with experience in white verticals.
  • Open to testing and scaling additional channels: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and others.

 

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition (Meta, Google, web-first)

  • Strategy and hands-on management of performance channels: Meta (Facebook/Instagram and other placements), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube/Discovery as needed).
  • Planning, launching, and daily optimization of campaigns against KPIs: CPA, CAC, ROMI, LTV, retention, payback period.
  • Continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels (web2web / web2app in future).
  • Funnel management: from click to activation/payment; identifying bottlenecks and conversion hypotheses.

     

Channel Expansion and Experiments

  • Testing and scaling new traffic sources: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, thematic DSP/ad networks.
  • Market and competitor analysis: linked offers, formats used by fintech/crypto/stocks players.
  • Experiment setup and prioritization: hypothesis โ†’ test design โ†’ launch โ†’ analysis โ†’ scale/stop.

 

Analytics and Reporting

  • GA4/product analytics work: building dashboards for marketing and funnel metrics.
  • Regular reports on channels, campaigns, creatives, funnels, unit economics.
  • Collaboration with product/data teams on lead quality, retention, and monetization improvements.

 

Requirements

Experience and Expertise

  • 3โ€“5+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing / PPC focused on Meta and Google.
  • Proven track record in SaaS, subscriptions, or digital products (EdTech, Productivity, Fintech, etc.) in white verticals.
  • Experience managing budgets (~$100k+/month across channels).
  • Global markets experience (Tier-1 preferred: US, Canada, UK, EU).

     

Channels and Tools

  • Deep hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads: launch, optimization, scaling for performance.
  • A/B testing and funnel optimization: creatives, offers, landings, pricing.
  • Experience/ readiness to ramp up on TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads.

     

Analytics and Soft Skills

  • Proficient in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, basic BI dashboards; strong grasp of CPA, CAC, LTV, ROMI, retention.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven decisions, independent direction, and ownership.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ for creatives, ads platforms, markets, influencers.
