Media Buying Specialist

Stay Group is an innovative marketing company focused on helping businesses acquire their target customers and delivering top-tier solutions within the iGaming and entertainment industry.

We are currently looking for a Media Buying Specialist who is ready to take ownership of paid campaigns, drive performance, and grow together with the team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across paid channels, primarily Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
• Set up and optimize retargeting campaigns, including custom and lookalike audiences
• Run and analyze A/B tests for creatives, audiences, offers, and placements
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather creatives, audience data, and campaign briefs
• Ensure accurate setup of UTM parameters, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
• Work closely with tracking tools and ensure proper data flow between platforms
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager), including campaign launch, optimization, and scaling
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision making
• Hands-on experience with retargeting strategies and funnel-based campaign setup
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to improve performance
• Solid understanding of UTM tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking
   

Technical Expertise:

• Experience working with affiliate tracking systems (e.g., Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, or similar)
• Strong understanding of postback URLs, S2S tracking, and conversion attribution
• Experience integrating traffic sources with tracking platforms
