Proactively search for and identify bloggers, UGC creators, and micro-influencers in the personal finance and lifestyle space
Reach out, build relationships, and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, usage rights, and fees
Brief creators on brand tone, campaign goals, and content formats
Review and approve content before it goes live
- Build and maintain an ongoing network of creator partners
- Track partnership performance and refine the creator mix based on results
Requirements
Proven experience creating and growing a YouTube channel β show us what you've built (links required)
- Comfortable and confident on camera β natural, engaging, and authentic
- Hands-on with filming and editing β you don't need a crew to make great content
- Experience working with bloggers or UGC creators β outreach, negotiation, briefing
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and the platform algorithm
- Excellent written and spoken English (US), strong natural tone-of-voice
- Cultural fluency β US trends, memes, platform dynamics, what resonates with real people
- Familiarity with tools: YouTube Studio, CapCut, Canva, native analytics
Nice to Have
- Experience in personal finance, fintech, or lifestyle content
- Existing network of creators or bloggers in the US market
- Familiarity with UGC platforms (Billo, Insense, JoinBrands, etc.)
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram Reels as primary formats
What This Role Is Not
- Not for someone who "plans content" but doesn't create it
- Not for someone who needs a full production team to make a video
- Not a strategy-only or oversight role
