Head of Marketing

Regular tasks
- Manage the development and execution of marketing strategies, focusing on achieving campaign goals and enhancing brand visibility.
- Lead the marketing team to ensure seamless collaboration, productivity, and the attainment of departmental objectives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI for diverse traffic channels to optimize resource allocation and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Deliver regular reports on marketing channel efficiency and team performance, showcasing progress towards strategic targets.
- Manage various marketing channels including email, database, social media, and search engine strategies, emphasizing engagement and ROI.
- Oversee the publication of internal and external content such as press releases, articles, and partnership promotions to maintain brand relevance.
- Drive international market expansion initiatives by launching projects, refining product packaging, and strengthening brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals and regulatory standards.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic marketing and product decisions.
- Coordinate event logistics during conferences, ensuring effective branding, booth setup, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update departmental resources such as Confluence and Brand Book with current and pertinent information.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, 5 years in Marketing (including international experience)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC), and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with project management methodologies
- A passion for technology and innovation
- Advanced level of English proficiency
