In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for a Content Manager IGaming

Responsibilities:

• Write copy for the website, promotions, and bonuses (homepage, landing pages, Help/FAQ, short UI texts, promo descriptions, terms & conditions, notifications).
• Write CRM copy (email, push, and in-app messages for different scenarios).
• Manage website content: publish and update pages, banners, promo blocks, bonus cards; ensure everything stays up to date.
• Canadian English and consistent terminology; coordinate French translations when needed.
• Basic SEO support (headings, page structure, meta texts).
• It is permissible to create texts with the participation of freelance copywriters (local), AI tools with subsequent refinement, or independently.
• Ability to work with CMS/admin panels and content tasks; accuracy in publishing.
• AI literacy.
• Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Slack, AI Tools.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a copywriter and/or content manager in iGaming experience is a plus.
• Understanding of iGaming terms: bonuses, wagering, limits, responsible gambling.
• Attention to detail, especially in numbers and promo conditions.
• Understanding of advertising and compliance restrictions; ability to write correctly and safely.
• Understanding of how to write clear, high-converting copy and quickly produce variations.
• Ability to work fast and handle revisions.

• AI literacy: use AI for drafts and variations, but always review and proofread the final copy.
